Playing on Through!

Now more than ever, we need to explore, create and play. This session will bring together people who want to play games, create express and connect to our inner children (because they are way cooler than our 'adult' selves!'. Being in lockdown doesn't change our need or ability to play, and at the end I will share some ideas to build in more of these things to your every day life.

I'll be adapting physical games and maybe creating new ones to work virtually. This is about experimenting and exploring for me too! We will move our bodies a little and share some things about ourselves as we play. It will come from the heart more than the head, no winners or losers and no right or wrong.   This will be a small group of 8 and free/pay as you feel.
